The products you have purchased (valid for small parts under 15 Deci) are sent to your Delivery Address, which you created during membership, with Yurtiçi Cargo at our agreed price, within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) after your order is approved by the Bank.
Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly when creating a subscription.
If the product is damaged when you receive it due to mishaps that may occur during transportation, you MUST ask the courier to keep a damage report and contact us. Do not take delivery of the damaged product and make sure to send it back to us with Yurtiçi Kargo, together with its invoice and damage assessment report.
